1. Please take note that payments which are not made within 2 days once send the confirmation amount to be paid to customers, orders will not be place and will be void.
2. Shipping time will usually arrived in the about 7 to 9 days to me. However please prepare to wait longer, in the event that restocking process takes longer than that, although such cases are very rare.
3. Once orders hit to 15 pieces, I will send my orders. 4. Items will be mailed to you within 2 days once you have made the postage fees.J-online will not be responsible for wrong colors, sizes, or items (different design from the apparel picture) that the seller sends. Unless the seller is willing to make an exchange or refund, J-online is unable to make any exchange or refunds the wrong color, sizes or items sent out by the seller.
5. Once items are mailed out from J-online , we are not responsible for any losses. To ensure delivery, please opt for registered mail.
6. Customers need to ensure that the spree form is filled up properly, that the item code, color and size are tally with the actual item you want to order. If not, J-online cannot be responsible for wrong items ordered.
7. There will be no meet-up, unless I am over at the area. Self-collections are welcome at either Seng Kang (Compass Point) or Changi Airport (T2/T3). Announcement will be made to those who opt for self-collections.
8. Please read the descriptions and measurements of the items stated in the URL.
9. J-online is unable to answer your enquiries on spree items as we are not the sellers.
10. Sizing chart are given by the suppliers. Putting this up is for the benefits for all customers and J-online is not the one who come out with the sizing chart. Please take note if any sizes error (e.g. M size is too big for you) occurs in your items, we will not be responsible. Unless the seller is willing to make an exchange or refund. Although such cases are very rare this particular sizes error will occur.
11. J-online reserves the right to extend the deadline for the orders stated in the site.
12. J-online reserves the right to close the pre-order before the deadline.
13. J-online will make full refunds to customers for items that are out of stock.
14. Once you have made the payment, there will be no cancellation of your order.
